Dr. Livaudais is our senior staff clinician. He is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana who moved to Raleigh in 1990. Dr. Livaudais received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University in 1985 and his J.D. from Tulane Law School in 1988. He practiced law for seven years until he resigned in 1996 to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. Dr. Livaudais graduated from North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2001, and is a member of the Phi Zeta Honor Society.
He joined Kildaire Animal Medical Center after graduation in 2001. He now lives in Raleigh with his wife, Jean Marie; son, Benjamin; daughter, Laura; dog, Savannah; and two cats, Guiseppe and Jack. He loves the water and can usually be found on his boat or windsurfing in his spare time.
