In 1983 Dr. John Strasser established Kildaire Animal Medical Center (KAMC) with the goal of providing a high quality, full-service veterinary facility that could accommodate the needs of pets in the Cary area.
In 2001 Dr. Strasser welcomed Dr. Jason Hammer as co-owner of KAMC to continue, and even exceed, our goal of providing the best care to our four-legged neighbors. We are service-oriented professionals dealing with the health and well-being of the animal population of our community.
Our mission statement: KAMC will provide the highest quality medical care for our patients while at the same time offer exceptional customer service to our clients. We will achieve this goal by practicing emergency and state-of-the-art medicine in a clean and inviting atmosphere. We understand the significance of the relationship that our clients share with their pet and recognize that our client's trust is one of our most valuable assets.
